  • What is the return/exchange policy?
    If you are unsatisfied with your items for any reason you may request a Return/Exchange. All Return/Exchange request must be received within 3 days after initial product delivery. The hair must remain in the bundle and not be untied at the top. The hair must be in its original packaging and tagged. Returned packages must include a copy of the original invoice. To include any gifts or original packaging ex. hair bags. Merchandise must be physically received before exchange can be granted. Please allow 72 upon receipt to inspect. The product must be sent back at your expense. We recommend you use shipping provider with a signature confirmation service, and/or insurance to protect your package. *Any Chargebacks initiated without initially contacting Raw Hair Factory for resolve, will automatically result in a forfeiture of any exchanges or refunds. All chargebacks will be disputed, then turned over to collections.*​ Again, Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regard to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner, all refund and exchange policies are voided.
  • What is the shipping/turnaround time policy ?
    All payments usually take one business days to clear. Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days after your payment clears. We do not ship on weekends. An email notification will be sent to the email address on your order with all shipping and tracking information. Some items require longer shipping times, please refer to item description. If your item requires a longer shipping time please add that to our normal time frame. ****PROCESSING TIMES FOR ORDERS WILL INCREASE UP TO 3-5 ADDITIONAL DAYS DURING SALE EVENTS and HOLIDAYS DUE TO HIGH VOLUME ORDERS. **** Please take this in consideration prior to completing your order. Sale events increases the likelihood of certain textures/ closures and frontals selling out at a higher rate, just as sale events/holidays may with physical retail stores. Our top priority is that each customer receives quality products and we never compromise on quality due to higher order volumes. Each bundle, closure, or frontal is still REQUIRED to be thoroughly cleaned and dried prior to shipping, in which this process will take longer when order volumes are greatly increased during sale events.

    Sezzle is a payment solution that gives you the freedom to buy now and pay later - with no interest. First time Sezzle users may recieve a purchase limit from $50-$200. If you have been declined, please reach out.
  • What is the difference between the Raw Hair and Luxury Hair?
    The Luxury Hair is our original quality hair derived from 100% Virgin Hair. This hair has finer and silkier strands and a lower maintenace. This hair goes through a non damaging steam process to create the different wave textures. The Raw Hair is sourced from the southeastern region of the world derived from 100% Raw unprocessed hair. It comes in a natural wave texture and may require a little more maintenance as it is most close to our natural hair. Both hairs are of the highest quality in the market and can last up to 2+ years with proper care. Custom units can last 3years+.
